How do i measure my dog for a coat?
Measurements for coats must be taken whilst the dog is standing.
Instructions for start point A : Place a soft tape squarely at the centre mark of the base of the neck, approximately where the shoulder blades meets the neck. Double check this start position by imagining you are drawing a line down to the ground at right angles from this point, the imaginary line should run down the middle of the front shoulders.
Instructions for measurement line A to B : From the start position, point A, measure along the spine to the very beginning of the root of the tail. This is measurement line point B. Whatever that measurement is in inches, that is the coat size you need to order. For example, if the back measurement of the dog measures 28 inches from point A to B, then the size coat you need to order is a size 28" coat.
How do i measure my dog for a collar?
To measure your Sighthound for a traditional leather buckled collar, use a soft measuring tape to snugly (but not too tight) measure the circumference around the thinnest part of your dogs neck, this is right behind the ears.
This is to ensure that the dog can not back out of or slip the collar.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s)
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We can not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Upon receiving your returned item(s) your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event an item you have ordered arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will require you to retain the packaging and forward photographic evidence or a return of the damaged item before a refund or exchange can be given.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Larger or heavier parcels are sent via courier, which aim to deliver within 1 - 2 working days. Smaller and lighter parcels are sent via Royal Mail by recorded delivery which typically take between 2 - 3 working days from dispatch. International orders, please allow an additional 2 working days. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas.
Working days are classed Monday to Friday, excluding public/bank holidays.
